She is a trendsetter with a perspective that ensures all events that Black Pearl coordinates are memorable and not just another “cookie-cutter” event. Shivani has had experience with all types events including small parties to large weddings.  She brings a fun and comfortable energy that help both clients and guests get the most out of the events they attend.

Shivani is a very hardworking, organized, and driven individual. She continues to develop skills that will help her produce a successful and professional event for her clients.   She can best be described as a professional with a creative edge.

 

What We Do

The Budget.

We combine your ideas and vision and give you a thorough breakdown of how your budget should be allocated. We help to stretch your dollar in order to give you as much as of what you want in an amount you can afford.

Vendors & Venue.

We take our knowledge of the industry and make recommendations based on your style and budget. By having relationships with a variety of vendors, we can ensure recommendations that match your taste and personality. One of our cardinal rules is to not work exclusively with any particular vendors because our focus is to make your vision a reality and to find the right people to make that happen.

Planning.

Timeline, checklists, deadlines, itineraries, payments, etc. All these can seem like daunting tasks. By hiring an event planner, you have someone to keep you on task and get everything done in a timely fashion. We handle the grunt work of contacting everyone, drafting the necessary documents, reviewing contacts, reminding you of upcoming payments, and everything else needed in order to keep the event organized during the planning process. We also offer our clients a fully customized password-protected page on our website where can put pictures, calendars, reminders, payments, or anything else you feel will help you along the way.

Coordination.

No one wants to worry about the details of an event while they should be enjoying it. Our coordinators and staff work behind the scenes to ensure everything is being taken care of while you and your guests enjoy the event. We manage the vendors, work with the venue, handle set-up and break down, and help direct guests. Our packages are determined by the event and not the number of hours so we can be there as early as we deem necessary and will not leave until the event is over and everything is cleaned up.
